The car has been delivered new in Europe and is born Opalescent Gunmetal with its Red interior trim colour and Black sof-top colour.

The stunning E-Type was first registered in the Bologna province of Nothern Italy, changing hands from grandfather to granddaughter in 1980 when it was registered in nearby Modena. The third owner, a noted collector from Southern Italy, purchased the car in 2010. A comprehensive restoration of the body, interior and hood was carried out subsequently, while the engine was found to be in very good order and only required minor parts such as bearings, gaskets and valves. In 2015, the current owner (4th owner) bought this vehicle at the auction organised by Bonhams during “The Spa Classic Sale”. Only 2,500 kms have been covered since the restoration, including less than 500 by the current Belgian owner. Like all cars in the owner’s collection, the E-Type has been kept in a dehumidified garage under its interior cover.

This car is currently registred in Belgium as oldtimer.

The car runs perfectly and is in generally excellent condition. No rust, no vibration, smoke, or gaps in acceleration during our road tests.

It is ready to be enjoyed.
